Working As One Or Working Alone

Are working as one or are you working alone?

When building your business in the home based industry, you should be working as team that acts as one. You should be teamed up with others in your organization either from your upline or your downline. This industry is all about helping others. Without helping others you will fail and will not have any success. If you are working alone building your business then you will have a very tough time of it.

If you are alone in your business, you need to find your leaders in your upline. You will need to ask for their help and want to be part of their team. A true mentor or leader will always help those that are willing to be a business partner. Those that are successful have learned to be a leader and are able to mentor you in how to be a successful marketer and business owner.

Being part of a team will help everyone in that team grow their business. It creates more leaders and then those leaders create more teams. It is called duplication. Duplication of leaders means duplication of teams with means duplication in your organization.

Do the work and find your true leaders in your organization. Even if that means you have to ask your sponsor’s sponsor or even above, who the true leaders are. Learn to become a team player and share in the building of their business and you will become successful in building your team and business. It will take some real team work and sharing the new people you and your team brings in. Some may think it is not fair that if I bring this person into the business they should be my customer. Well it should be your customer but it can be signed up under someone else. That is what a team is all about sharing of ideas, training, coaching, marketing and yes sharing of new members.

If you have 5 or 10 team members working as one and each of them are working for the same goals in marketing and training the new members to be leaders and joining the team. In no time you will be building a large organization that is duplicating, new members, new leaders and new teams. Once you have learned and mastered being part of a team from your upline. You would have already built or started to build a team in your downline. At this point become a leader of your own team from your downline. Leadership from you will coach and mentor your team to duplicate what the team of your upline did. Duplicate this in your organization and it will continue to grow.
